Image Artifacts Note: When converting horizontal

photos to vertical format, minor visual inconsistencies may occur. We recommend

submitting vertical-format photos for optimal results.

or websites. Pictoury is not responsible for the availability, content, or

practices of these third parties. Use of those services is governed by their

own terms.

9. Rights Regarding Client Content

9.1 Realtor Responsibilities

By providing us with materials—such as listing photos,

logos, or branding assets—you affirm that you either own the rights to them or

have obtained proper authorization from the copyright holders. You agree to

hold Pictoury harmless from any claims arising from unauthorized use of these

materials.

9.2 Usage License

By submitting content to us, you grant Pictoury a

non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and modify these materials

for the creation of marketing content.

9.3 During Active Listings

You may use our produced content freely during the active

marketing period of a property listing.

9.4 After a Listing Ends

Once a property is no longer on the market, full copyright

to the produced media reverts to Pictoury. Any continued use of the content

must comply with any written agreements or licenses issued by us.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. Updates will be

posted on our site and are effective immediately. By continuing to use our

Services, you accept the revised Terms.

11. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Services without

prior notice for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to

use our Services immediately end.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States

and the State of Texas. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts

of Dallas County, Texas. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of

these courts.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pictoury regarding use of the Services.
• Severability: If a portion of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder will still apply.
